Web Strategist: ATL, Minneapolis or Kansas City
This position will support execution of a Marketing Web Strategy Team to drive improved conversion rates and on-line revenue, as well as achieving on-line customer acquisition numbers. You will also act as principal guide for growth, profitability, and innovation on the company sites.
Work with Director of Web Strategy to support website needs and roadmap across the company' s web properties.
Manage relationships with internal clients, understand client needs, and translate business needs into web strategies.
Work as primary owner of website performance, analytics, and insights using them to drive positive impact and continuous change on the website.
Coordinate with members of web strategy and optimization team, GTM teams, and other marketing teams to manage and drive projects to successful completion.
Create and lead project schedules, including the scheduling and management of team meeting cadences for projects.
- Bachelors degree required
3-5 years in digital marketing and ecommerce experience, specifically lead and demand generation.
3-5 years of defining digital marketing strategy for B2B and B2C with experience in small business and financial segments.
Understand how to build and cultivate relationships across a highly matrixed enterprise environment.
Comfortable analyzing and deriving insights from web, retail, channel, and other data sources.
- 5 yrs Web Strategy, SEO/ESM or User Experience (UX)
Extensive experience building, structuring, and maintaining websites in an enterprise environment.
Experience with AEM, including managing assets, page editing, and creation.
Experience managing projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, web analytics, UX, and content.
Understand relationship between demand channels and how each is responsible for driving revenue.
