ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Provide video for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to, internet, social media, email, retail and other collateral pieces.
Operate digital video equipment, including computers, cameras and lighting.
Develop creative content that will best achieve identified goals.
Coordinate production of creative content, taking projects from concept to completion while adhering to brand guidelines.
Produce studio and location shoots for video and photography as needed (including location scouting, freelance and model booking).
Execute filming and editing of videos.
Upload and manage videos to YouTube, Vimeo and other hosting platforms.
Attend product turnover meetings, as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily production including monthly dashboard.
Collaborate with Merchandising to determine products that will be featured each season.
Work with stakeholders during pre-production and production when necessary.
Work closely with PD managers/Copywriters to gather editorial content for cohesive video branding.
Partner with internal teams (Web, Merch, Marketing) to develop and execute video strategies.
Maintain and update video archives.
Follow the video request and approval process between Merchandising and Creative.
Research industry trends and best practices for video production and marketing.
Requires overnight travel and extended hours, as needed.
Other duties as required, including producing photo shoots as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, to perform job function:
4-year degree in video production, a related field or equivalent work experience.
1+ years experience in professional video production; 1+ years experience in the commercial video production industry preferred.
Video reel or portfolio that demonstrates broad range of commercial videography, demonstrating artistic talent and technical skill.
Advanced knowledge of: digital videography systems; Macintosh computer systems, including server based workflow; Final Cut Pro X, Adobe AfterEffects and other graphics / editing programs.
Basic level of experience in other applications such as MS Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro, etc.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and schedules.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well as a team player.
Perform well under pressure.
Photography producing experience a plus
Ability and willingness to take on responsibilities and/or tasks not specifically assigned.
Travel Required
