Sr. Director of New Product Planning
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be defining opportunities and value propositions, validating future launches with R&D stakeholders, creating compelling brand stories, and offering career development to a team of marketers as the product moves toward the launch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will lead the cross-functional Integrated Brand team and collaborate with multiple teams including R&D, Market Access, and Patient Services to drive launch planning and execution.
You’ll develop and refine enhanced value propositions of indications of a novel schizophrenia treatment, lead the development of strategic planning, and lead the commercial evaluation s of additional potential indications across multiple potential patient populations and sub-populations.
Develop compelling presentations to convey strategies to a broad set of stakeholders for understanding and support of launch development plans.
You’ll work closely with R&D to design and shape evidence-generation plans.
What You’ll Need for Success:
- Bachelors Degree required;MBA or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience
- Significant experience with pharmaceutical new product development
- Must have commercial pharmaceutical experience
- Must have experience working in close collaboration with R&D team
- The ability to commute to Morris County office 3 days per week.
