Multi-channel, fashion retailer seeks a Senior Manager of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to add to the team in SE Los Angeles area. You will be a customer experience champion and own the customer journey map, establishing meaningful and helpful communications to delight customers at every stage and interaction with our brand.
  • Develop, implement and manage customer lifecycle omni-channel marketing programs
  • Expand and manage a new loyalty program in stores and online
  • Identify gaps in retention in order to develop campaigns and programs to drive increased repeat business, share of wallet and brand affinity
  • Design and implement direct mail & e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Define target audiences and grow contact list. Guide data capture efforts across marketing & sales touch points
  • Onboard and assimilate new-to-file consumers through world-class execution of data hygiene, list management and attrition prevention tactics
  • Specify and manage implementation and day-to-day management of CRM database, including reporting, attribute definition, legal compliance, and data accessibility.
  • Oversee analysis of complex sets of data, provide insights, and utilize targeting best practices predictive modeling for lead generation and conversion programs
  • Build an effective ongoing dialog with customers and prospects by utilizing segmentation, enhanced personalization, offers, and campaign storytelling
  • Optimize email templates using graphics, personalization & advanced features
  • Analyze campaign performance and drive improvements
  • Report on performance KPIs and sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mobile landscape and technologies to optimize performance in email/CRM channels.
  • Utilize controlled testing to measure real-world impacts of CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs and optimization efforts
  • 5+ years experience performing similar roles, setting up campaigns, managing reports, database management etc.
  • Prior experience delivering and measuring successful email/SMS/app push campaigns for audiences in e-commerce and/or services areas and hands-on experience with various ESPs (Bronto preferred).
  • Strong track record of building, optimizing, and scaling effective CRM channel marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.G., engagement, acquisition, up-sell, viral referral).
  • Experience developing and/or managing loyalty programs a plus
  • Strong background in database marketing, CRM infrastructure and personalization roadmap planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project/time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/Photoshop (or like content creator) to build email content if needed.
  • Basic SQL & JavaScript knowledge a huge plus but not required.
  • Past success at identifying and testing new and innovative growth opportunities to deliver on company goals, subscriber growth/usage.
  • Experience reviewing performance metrics while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team's workflow.
  • Experience managing day to day communication with third party vendors and key partners (e.G. Resolve issues, document challenges, create roadmaps, facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions, etc.)
  • Push messaging experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong track record of building, optimizing, and scaling effective CRM channel marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.G., engagement, acquisition, up-sell, viral referral).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in CRM and transactional database marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with IT function on database development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-volume CRM/email strategies and programs with a major ESP.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting data and recommendations to senior executives
  • Analytic and data-based decision-making skills
  • Executive presence and strong collaboration and relationship-builder, both internally and externally, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high productivity and ability to lead numerous, detailed projects
