Senior Email Marketing Manager
Searching for an Email Marketing expert to be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of the email marketing efforts for several company brands. You will be responsible for the overall email marketing strategy, segmentation, set-up and deployment.

  • Strategy:
  • Develop overall KPIs and reporting for all email marketing campaigns
    • Establish overall cadence for mktg emails, including trigger campaigns
    • Develop promotional strategy for email programs across all brands
    • Design and develop a targeting and personalization strategy for all brands
  • Email Campaign development
    • Work with the ecommerce, merchandising and inventory teams to create effective email campaigns
    • Design and develop a variety of email test campaigns for deployment
    • Work with the web development team on setup and maintenance of triggered emails
  • Email execution
    • Create segmentation for email marketing campaigns for multiple brands
    • Review email creative previews for multiple brands to ensure content, promotion, disclaimers and links are accurate and segmentation setup is accurate prior to deployment
  • Reporting / Analysis
    • Pull daily email metrics and report on effectiveness of campaigns and/or tests; distribute daily business KPIs for overall digital marketing efforts including website analytics, PPC results and email performance
  • Promotions / Coupons
    • Create and maintain promotion codes and discounts for all emails, website only promotions, retargeting initiatives, affiliate sites and social media channels
    • Create and maintain email/web promotional disclaimers
    • Oversee and manage all promotional codes and confirm consistency between websites, catalogs, and a variety of Affiliate Networks
  • Other Online Marketing Programs
    • Interact with third party providers who manage a variety of on-line marketing initiatives to ensure they are fully aware of the goals and objectives of each brand on a daily basis
  • Customer Service
    • Assist with customer service issues as needed
    • Interact with Call Center to educate customer service representatives on current and future product campaigns

Requirements: Ideal candidate will have a background in ecommerce marketing and strong ability in email file management, segmentation and deployment. You will be comfortable working across multiple levels of management and on various brands. Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail:
  • Building and implementing email marketing programs
  • Experience with a major email platform
  • Ability to identify and analyze marketing metrics
  • History of using data to develop actionable insights
  • Experience with online analytics tools such as Google/Omniture
