Inspire donors to fulfill their wishes by establishing charitable vehicles designed to impact the Western New York region and the world.
Here is what you will be doing:
Implement and monitor successful philanthropic marketing and development strategies to generate, cultivate, sustain and grow financial gifts from donor clients.
Donor relations and stewardship:
Donor engagement - Build & maintain strong relationships with existing donors.
Stewardship - continue and strengthen the donor stewardship program.
Events and outreach-coordinate donor events, recognition activities and community outreach programs to cultivate new and steward existing clients. Advocate for the mission and goals within the community.
Marketing - Oversee the foundation's website social media, campaigns and the annual impact report. Coordinate with the marketing and department committees.
Data Management and Analysis - Maintain and utilize the donor database to track and analyze giving patterns, manage donor information and generate reports.
Performance metrics - monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of donor outreach attempts
Education and experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum five years of client relations experience. Minimum five years of database management experience including knowledge client relationship management (CRM).
The rate for this role is $50, 000 -60, 000 per year. This range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
