Our client, a fast-growing company in the consumer goods space, is looking for a Search Marketing Manager who will manage and grow all SEO and SEM initiatives. This is an important role on the Growth Marketing team and will be responsible for building an SEO program from the ground up, and responsible for strategic leadership of our customer acquisitions and engagement initiatives on SEM as well as other Google Ads properties to help exceed our key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, create, report and optimize all SEM efforts (Paid Search, Youtube, Google Ads, etc)
  • Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple search engines and channels to exceed customer acquisition goals and maximize LTV
  • Identify opportunities for keyword, geography, and channel expansion
  • Work closely with the broader team to devise and implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies, optimize bidding strategy, and drive landing pages, creative, offer and ad copy to improve channel performance
  • Work with the internal creative team to develop best-in-class static/dynamic banners and video ads
  • Lead strategy and implement search engine optimization strategies to increase organic rankings for targeted keywords across our ecommerce landing pages and blog
  • Implement single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate with the videographer to create cuts of video assets to be used
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience expertly managing SEM and SEO campaigns 
  • Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Excel required
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
  • Must be deadline and detail oriented
  • Data focused with a love of testing and a commitment to identifying key avenues for growth
  • Demonstrated project management, negotiations and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including the demonstrated ability to perform data analysis
  • Must be organized, flexible and able to adapt to change
