SEO Manager/Specialist

The SEO Specialist/Manager is an important role on the Digital Marketing team and will be responsible for building an SEO program from the ground up. It' s a unique role that blends creating and executing a best-in-class program across both commerce and content.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, create, report and optimize all organic search marketing efforts
  • Lead and prioritize site architecture, content, and linking projects
  • Day-to-day reporting and execution tactics across multiple search engines to exceed customer acquisition goals and maximize LTV
  • Set up a process to continuously educate and collaborate with design, editorial, product and technical teams to implement SEO best practices during site redesigns, product enhancements and new site features
  • Work cross-functionally to connect SEO plans to larger marketing and company objectives
  • Collaborate with the in-house content team to devise and implement full-funnel strategies, from ad creative to the landing page and checkout experience to improve programmatic performance
  • Collaborate with our internal content, education and creative teams to develop best-in-class search optimized category, product and campaign landing pages across our commerce and content URLs
  • Implement multivariate tests to increase campaign efficiency
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of SEO experience across major search engines with a proven ability to establish key performance indicators to measure success
  • Deep understanding of the organic search ecosystem with hands-on knowledge of Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, and leveraging keyword/competitive data to drive SEO strategy
  • Technical knowledge of website architecture (experience with HTML Markup, CSS, XML)
  • Extensive experience with keyword search, ranking and analysis tools (Brightedge, Conductor, etc)
  • Must be organized, flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, content and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail
