Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description
With your commercial real estate paralegal experience, you’ll support the Land, Environment & Energy practice group to support with legal research, document drafting, client contact, case file management, and various other legal tasks as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will perform legal research and procure information from clients, government agencies, and financial institutions in order to complete documents and forms.
You will need to order and review and analyze title and survey documentation and coordinate recordation of mortgages, title/survey due diligence, document execution, and closing logistics.
You’ll be very organized with all client information and maintain client communication as directed.
Complete administrative asks as needed including tracking daily chargeable hours, assistance with client billing, supervision of assigned support staff, approval of invoices, etc.
What You’ll Need for Success:
- You should have at least 5 years of paralegal experience with at least some of that time in commercial real estate transactions and related title and survey experience
- Bachelors degree in business, law, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as good organizational skills
- Ability to commute to Buffalo office 4-5 days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $50, 000 to $69, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance
