Project Manager / Demolition

Our client, an expanding construction company, is in need of a Project Manager for demolition & remediation construction projects.
Responsibilities for this position include performing take-offs, preparing estimates, and overseeing projects for Demolition and Remediation construction projects .The ideal candidate will have good communications skills, a great attitude, ability to be a team leader under challenging conditions, proven problem solving ability, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Perform outreach for prospective project and bidding opportunities
Review project plans, requirements and specifications
Develop multi-disciplinary estimates
Determine labor and equipment costs
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
Understand project logistics and project schedule
Conduct Site visits to gather information to determine scope of work
Consult subcontractors for price requirements
Submit 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline
Work alongside project management team on awarded projects
Preferred Two (2+) Years Experience in Construction/Project Management
Preferred Two (2+) Years Experience in Construction/Estimating Ability to read & understand Construction Drawings & Specifications Proficient Computer Skills
Preferred Demolition, Asbestos, or Hazardous Material Experience
Preferred Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field
