Our client is a well-established site contracting company. Business is booming and they are in need of a Project Coordinator!
What does the Project Coordinator do?
Reviews job estimates and understands the scope inside and out
Performs project buyout with suppliers and subcontractors
Maintains conformed document sets with drawing revisions, RFI's, etc.
Manages submittals and requests for information
Orders all materials necessary for project completion
Tracks additional work items and ensures change order billing is completed
Reviews daily reports for accuracy
Update as-built drawings as project progress
Track job costing and identify potential weaknesses
Generate monthly billing
Compile operations and maintenance manuals and close-out documentation
Participate in periodic and final job analysis meetings
Previous experience in construction project management or related field
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
Super organized and able to keep track of many details and moving parts all at once!
