Omnichannel Analytics Manager

Job Description
Join a growing pharmaceutical company and provide analytical support to support marketing channels across brands.
You’ ll be a key player in the company’ s measurement plans, providing support and data-driven guidance to optimize marketing tactics across US brands. Working with SQL, R or Python, and Power BI, you’ ll build advanced analytics models from internal data sources.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary as you’ ll deliver analytics dashboards for product portfolios. You will need to be able to navigate a matrix environment at a large company through strong communication and influencing skills.
You’ ll partner with the Media and Customer Experience teams to integrate KPIs across all marketing tactics and work with the Brand Analytics teams to formulate investment recommendations.
Design test-and-learn strategies for A/B and multivariate/statistical tests across marketing channels to identify causal impact and improve performance through learnings.
You will need to utilize consumer and physician-level data to conduct advance modeling including media lift measurement and multi-touch attribution.
What You’ ll Need for Success
- 5+ years of Marketing Analytics with hands on experience using SQL, Python or R, and dashboard design and development
- Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred.
Job Details:
This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Lake County, IL offices and 2 days per week remote. There are great compensation packages encompassing a competitive bonus and great long-term incentives too!
