Job Description
With a footprint in the Buffalo legal market for over 200 years, you’ll join a longstanding legal team that continues to expand in the WNY area as well as other markets.
You’ll use your Network Engineering experience to manage physical and virtual Windows servers along with Citrix and Microsoft Azure, Entra, and M365. With your understanding of network infrastructure principles, you will ensure the operational integrity and efficiency of information systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be tasked with the management of Windows Server, Citrix Management, and Microsoft Azure along with supporting the Network infrastructure including switches, routers, managed firewalls, and VPNs.
You will be responsible for system monitoring, troubleshooting, security, compliance, and backup and disaster recovery.
Keep detailed documentation of network setups, configuration changes, and operational procedures and produce reports on infrastructure health, incidents, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with IT teams on projects and initiatives, offer technical support, and work with other department members to ensure the firm’s users are able to be productive at all times.
What You’ll Need for Success:
- Prior demonstrated experience in network engineering with a focus on Windows Server Management, Citrix, and Microsoft Azure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.G., CCNS, MCSE, Citrix Certified, Azure Administration Associate) are highly preferred.
- While there may be some opportunities to work remotely, this is not primarily a remote position and only candidates within commuting distance of the Buffalo office will be considered.
The base salary range for this role is $75, 000-$100, 000 but there may be flexibility depending on previous experience. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
