Job Description

Position Title: Network Engineer II - Fully on-site
This Position Reports to (title): Vice President of Finance Exempt Dept.: Administration

Management of all Information Technology Systems What Are The Principal Responsibilities Of This Position:
Responsible for all security systems, vulnerability scanning systems, and training.
Daily / Periodic Tasks % of Time 50%
Daily review of Security operation Center alerts and logs. 10%
Review and update network infrastructure as necessary. 10%
Assist IT manager with Cyber-security and CMMC requirements. 20%
Research latest Cyber security offerings to better enhance the security posture for the company. 5%
Train and provide troubleshooting assistance with the IT Infrastructure Support Specialist 5%

The most significant duties have been included in this description. This does not preclude the assignment of occasional additional or developmental duties. The company reserves the right to modify this job description as needed to accurately reflect duties assigned. Maintain and update as necessary our Cybersecurity Infrastructure. Maintain and update as necessary our Network Infrastructure.
Research, deploy, and update software as necessary by users. Maintains IT infrastructure. Which includes Endpoint security, Domain Servers, and Exchange mail server.
Hardware security, reviewing all Edge and core switches, and wireless networks. Maintaining the Hyper V environment, including the backup system that supports our virtual environment through daily health checks.
Updating all firmware where applicable on regular scheduled maintenance, based on the company Policy. Currently 75 users

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
Occasional movement throughout the office area and manufacturing facility.
Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees.
Constant operation of a computer.
Occasional need to move files or office supplies, weighing up to 25 lbs.
Occasional weekend and evening work may be required for system upgrades and maintenance.

Salary range is $75-85K, maybe $90
