Marketing Manager, Loyalty & Private Label Credit Card:
The Marketing Manager, Loyalty & Private Label Credit Card will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, maintenance, and management of the Rewards Credit Card and Loyalty Programs.

This position will partner with the bank to create and execute the strategic vision of the program with the objective of driving sales through membership, overall customer engagement, and cross-channel activity. Coordinate the efforts across numerous internal departments and external partners to complete customer research and program validations. Additionally, this role will act as the project manager to lead the implementation of all programs and work across Digital/Ecom to identify target customers segments, set customer metrics, and build a communication plan to incent behavioral changes within our customer base to increase our Loyalty programs in the US and Canada.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow the Credit Card and Loyalty programs online and in-store for the US and CA
  • Analyze program's successes and make calculated decisions about the future changes to the program
  • Develop and build integration points with our tender neutral loyalty rewards program
  • Own, develop, and optimize lifecycle cardholder engagement programs designed to drive sales on the credit card
  • Establish client and profitability-based segmentation strategy for cardholder programs execution; test and implement programs to grow these segments
  • Develop and create the communication strategy for customers as they move up the defined lifecycle tiers
  • Work closely with the Analytics Team to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage points liability, including reporting/coordination with finance
  • Identify target customer groups to incent (bonus points) and alter behavior to achieve incremental sales
  • Acts as the liaison between the company and Loyalty vendor to manage program points incentives, and bring all to fruition
  • Coordinate the execution for all program campaigns as well as the development of new initiatives, including creative briefs, routing approvals, writing store communications, and analyzing results
  • Lead the creation of program reporting, including exception reports
  • Partner with the bank to create marketing campaign findings into action-oriented recommendations and deliver the result to brand and marketing leaders
  • Build and maintain strop working relationships with cross-functional partners including creative, e-commerce, store operations, and finance to ensure Credit Card & Loyalty Marketing objectives are integrated across all brands, countries, and channels
  • Clearly communicate project status to all parties, analyze solutions, resolve issues, identify alternatives and make appropriate recommendations for resolution to ensure project success
  • Manage overall Loyalty budget including monthly invoice processing and forecasting
  • Serve as flexible team resource to drive highest priority opportunities as they arise

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing or Analytical emphasis
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role, retail required
  • Prior loyalty and customer marketing experience required
