The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company's aftermarket activities in the U.S. And Canada. The Marketing Manager collaborates with team members in the management, sales, and operations departments, as well as third-party contractors, and reports directly to the General Manager. This individual will oversee one direct report.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the marketing strategy for the aftermarket activities in the U.S. And Canada in line with the company's objectives.
Plan & oversee the company's marketing budget.
Manage all marketing activities in North America
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Manage production of all marketing material in line with marketing campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and provide quantifiable metrics.
Ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with brand management and corporate identity.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
Coordinate with public relations agency regarding Aftermarket objectives and messaging
Stay abreast of competitive trends and developments within the industry
Has an intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Highly motivated and able to maintain high level of productivity with limited supervision.
Able to think creatively and innovatively.
Has budget management skills and proficiency.
Holds an analytical skill set, capable of forecasting and identifying trends and challenges.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, with a marketing and/or similar major.
8+ years' experience in marketing fields preferred, must have B2B marketing
Experienced in budget planning and management.
Highly proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
Operates from New York office.
Must be comfortable in an unstructured environment
