The Marketing Manager, Brand and Retail is responsible for leading and driving the company's seasonal, product and experiential retail and brand marketing efforts. You will lead the development and execution of a holistic and innovative retail marketing strategy driving traffic, sales and new customer acquisition. Responsibilities also include leading brand campaigns and partnerships to drive brand awareness and ensure consistent brand presentation across all marketing channels. This position will manage program budgets, campaign plans, competitive analysis, program audits, platform/tools, content and reporting and will be responsible for differentiating the company through compelling in-store experiences and marketing initiatives to better engage customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable retail marketing strategy to drive sales and awareness through customer facing activations: clienteling events, larger-scale experiential and retail campaigns
  • Manage day to day retail budget & calendar, project deadlines and weekly status meetings
  • Own and execute in-market grassroots campaigns and in-store initiatives from grand openings to private shopping events, leading event planning, execution and logistics
  • Translate seasonal marketing campaigns into individual store strategies that address each store's needs
  • Develop and own overarching brand marketing campaign calendar and drive consistent brand presentation and storytelling across all channels
  • Manage day to day brand budget, partnership projects and campaigns establishing requirements, goals & objectives, tactics, and overarching work plans within larger strategic initiatives
  • Implement and manage tools and platforms critical to optimizing and driving performance
  • Create reporting framework that effectively captures retail and brand program performance and produces actionable learnings and optimization opportunities
  • Utilize customer analysis and insights to drive campaign development
  • Work collaboratively with key internal and external business partners
  • Oversee execution of all related activities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • +7 years marketing experience, with 2-4 years focusing on Brand or Retail,
  • Strong experience with Brand and Retail Marketing best practices
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the balance between store specific results and larger marketing initiatives with an ability to clearly articulate needs, set expectations and meet daily with internal and external stakeholders to communicate wins, losses and opportunities.
  • Ability to drive and manage projects from inception to completion, including timelines with budgets and deliverables
  • Ability to transform detailed analysis into straightforward summaries for cross-functional partners
  • Strong and effective decision-making skills with a demonstrated understanding of when to bring in leadership
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing channels including digital, out of home, print and in store

  • Experience with a Marketing Attribution tool and platform a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint required
  • Strong passion for creativity, marketing, and advertising
