Job Description

Be a part of the ground floor of a stable and self-funded beauty startup. 

As the Marketing Director, you’ll join a small team and have ownership of all marketing channels and tools to achieve aggressive growth goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
With your prior e-commerce industry experience, you’ll maintain YOY growth the consumer acquisition and retention strategies.

You’ll oversee channels including SEO, paid search, retargeteing, display ads, affiliate marketing, Shopify, and direct mail.

You will increase brand awareness and visibility through PR, press, events, etc.
Manage the P&L through detailed forecasting, budget development, oversight, revenue generation, etc.

Manage promotional + advertising budgets, unique product + merchandise offerings, and our fast-growing Amazon business.
 
What You’ll Need for Success:
  • 5+ years of developing brands through marketing channels
  • Background in B2B Beauty, Cosmetics, or similar industry 
  • Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, Amazon, CRM Software, Klaviyo, Shopify, Media Ads, PR, etc.
  • Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Ability to commute to Scottsdale, AZ on a hybrid schedule.
