Location: North Buffalo, NY (Free Parking)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $55, 000 –$70, 000+ (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected plaintiff's firm located in North Buffalo. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of litigation experience, either on the plaintiff or defense side. Candidates with exceptional backgrounds may be considered for a higher compensation range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process, from case inception through discovery, trial, and appeal.
- Draft and manage legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and pre-trial motions.
- Organize, review, and maintain case files and electronic records.
- Conduct factual research, summarize depositions, medical records, and other evidence.
- Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and assist in trial preparation.
- Manage deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense).
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
- Proficiency in legal document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Paralegal certification or related education is a plus.
