About the Role:
Our client, a respected and established law firm is seeking a Labor Law Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an in-office position offering a great opportunity for a talented litigator to build a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Details:
- In-office position based in PIttsford, NY
- Focus on labor law matters, with an emphasis on construction labor law
- Opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on a diverse caseload
- Handle general litigation matters, including depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials
- Represent clients in labor law matters, with a particular focus on construction-related cases
- Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and client communications
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum 3+ years of general litigation experience
- Active bar membership in good standing in New York State
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with construction labor law matters

The base salary range for this role is $100, 000 to $155, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors and may go higher based on exceptional experience.
