Litigation Associate
Atlanta, GA (2 6 Years Experience Only)
Onsite | Full-Time | Salary: $150K $180K
Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a prestigious litigation team handling a diverse caseload including construction, banking, mortgage lending, and creditors' rights.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters with a moderate level of supervision

Draft legal documents, perform legal research, and prepare pleadings

Communicate effectively with clients and maintain case strategies

Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team goals
Qualifications:

2 6 years of litigation experience (only)

Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission by waiver

Defense litigation experience preferred, particularly in construction, banking, or creditors' rights

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently

Solid academic credentials and stable professional background
