Labor Law Litigation Attorney Buffalo, NY:
Join one of New York State's top-recognized mid-sized law firms to provide clients in the construction industry with a wide range of insurance defense matters including drafting and review, breach of contract, and worksite risk management issues.
You'll join a team with decades of experience in construction labor law. You'll write appeals and substantive complex motions to best represent the needs and legal goals of clients including contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and construction managers.
What You'll Need for Success:
- 8-10 years of trial experience
- Strong insurance defense litigation experience
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to commute to the Buffalo, NY office with the potential to work remotely 1-2 days/week in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $140, 000 to $150, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
