Job Description
Here's what you will be doing:
- Responsible for answering queries from email and calls and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner
- Help desk support works with the IT team
- The help desk team will train and troubleshoot users on hardware, software, and networking issues
- Excellent communication and a professional manner
- Responsible for receiving, logging, troubleshooting and resolving end users computer technology issues
- Training of new staff on equipment including hardware/software, laptops, desktops, printers, network and cellphones
Computer degree or equivalent one to three years of working experience with PC's and Windows
Good working knowledge with Office 365
Strong skills in both oral and written communication along with a professional manner

The rate for this role is $60, 000 -65, 000 per year. This range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
