With a footprint in the Buffalo legal market for over 200 years, you’ll join a longstanding legal team that continues to expand in the area as well as other markets.

You’ll report to the COO and act as an integral member of the leadership team, responsible for most Human Resource activities within the firm. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will work closely with partners, attorneys, and administrative staff to ensure all aspects of HR and talent management are working effectively.

You’ll lead performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits administration.

You will be responsible for leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.

Ensure all firm policies, procedures, and compliance are met and supported.

 What You Need for Success:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resource Management.
  • Law Firm Administration experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related required.
  • Ability to commute to the downtown Buffalo office 5 days/week.

 

The base salary range for this role is $120, 000 to $135, 000 annually. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
