Looking to use combine your HR expertise with the healthcare industry and make a difference in the lives of patients in assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and mental health communities?

With your Human Resources experience, you’ll work in a variety of functions and operate as the onsite HR liaison and report up to the CFO. As you’ll work in areas including financial analysis, recruiting, conflict resolution, benefits, and onboarding, you’ll gain a wide breadth of experiences and develop your HR career long term.

What You’ll be Doing:

Though your responsibilities will vary day by day, you’ll touch on many areas including payroll processing, financial analysis, data collections, benefits, leave, etc.

When hiring needs arise in the company, you’ll work with the managers to recruit optimal candidates and manage the onboarding process.

As workplace issues arise, you’ll manage mediation, investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Bachelors degree in HR management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of employment law and the principles and practices of effective Human Resources management
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Must be very organized and have the ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment

 

Where you’ll be doing this

The offices are located in the Amherst/Snyder area. There is potential for hybrid with this position. Excellent benefits and 401K match as well. Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000.
