We are partnering with a local well-established Buffalo client seeking an HR Professional to be part of the Executive Team. The successful candidate with be hands-on, enjoy variety, and oversee all administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR function for a company of 100 employees.

Will provide support in the following areas:

• Manage in-house recruiting, retention and employee on-boarding and new hire orientation
• Manage and mentor a small team
• Maintain and administer all benefit programs
• Implement and oversee Health and Wellness Programs
• Administer of 401K
• Employee files
• Maintain all employee relations
• Oversee all company functions
• Workers compensation and disability
• Safety training and compliance
• Job descriptions and training manuals
• Implement programs and ideas for training and team building

• BS degree in HR Management or related field
• 5+ yrs. of progressive HR experience, as a generalist
