Job Description
Our client is a respected litigation law firm in Buffalo, NY, seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and a background in litigation legal support. The Executive Assistant will be the right hand to the Senior Partner handling sensitive matters, scheduling high-level commitments, and interacting with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and executive support to the Managing Partner

Maintain a complex calendar and coordinate board-level meetings and commitments

Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Prepare and organize litigation documents and case files as needed
-
Communicate professionally with high-profile clients and stakeholders

Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and correspondence

Ensure deadlines are met and day-to-day operations run smoothly for the Managing Partner
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation legal support

Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
-
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with C-level clients

Proficiency in legal document management and calendaring systems

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Based in-office in Buffalo, NY

Some flexibility to occasionally work from home.
The base salary range for this role is $65, 000 to $80, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors and may go higher based on exceptional experience.
Full time, Monday- Friday - 8: 30-4: 30
