Combine your love for fashion with your experience in driving results within Ecommerce Operations.

Through analyzing data, presenting insights, and making recommendations, you’ ll drive key projects and improve the processes across the Ecommerce Operations function. You will report to the VP of Ecommerce and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create process driven solutions.

What You’ ll be Doing:

You’ ll define strategy and lead implantation of company-wide metrics for the health of Ecommerce
Operations and define, implement, and measure Cross-Functional processes to improve and optimize to top-line and bottom-line results.

Any new features or issues on the website, you’ ll be tasked with reporting and analyzing their impact, along with identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will manage Ecommerce vendors through analyzing their performance, identify opportunities for cost and process savings, and continually optimize.

You’ ll implement an end-to-end view of order flows, provide executive summaries, and overall monitor the daily flow between front end, order management, and internal systems.

Working closely with the technology team is critical to make sure all projects and process tasks are implemented properly.

What You’ ll Need for Success:

  • You must have at least 7 years driving business results within Retail Ecommerce, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • You’ ll need prior experience rolling out and managing Omnichannel products and develop concise plans, reports, presentations, and process documentation for various audiences.
  • Prior experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Excel are must haves.
  • Bachelors Degree required.
