Job Description

Lead the strategic sales efforts for a diesel engine equipment company that puts a focus on employee career development and offer a generous ESOP plan. 

As a member of Senior Management Team, you’ll help set the direction and culture of the company along with leading the national and regional salesforce including 4 direct reports and oversee a team of 35 indirectly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve sales, gross margin, and growth goals and targets.

You’ll lead the regional and national sales team including hiring, training, conducting meetings, providing sales training, and monitor performance ensure success.  

Establish and implement pricing strategies and determine bid strategy for large municipal and corporate contracts.

You will be in charge of preparing annual sales budgets.

What You’ll Need for Success:

  • At least 10 years of experience managing high performing sales teams and demonstrated ability to plan and manage both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong understanding of diesel engine components or adjacent industry
  • Ability to travel 1 week per month

 
The base salary range for this role is $170, 000 to $240, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
