Digital Marketing Manager – Bethesda, MD:
Our growing client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage marketing automation systems
    • Serve as the primary owner and contact for Pardot
    • Build, execute, test and measure campaigns in the system
    • Create trigger, drip and nurture campaigns
    • Develop segmentation and grow database essential to audience and persona targeting
    • Manage database and build opt-in lists, ensure prospect and lead data is clean and accurate
  • Execute e-mail marketing
    • List development, optimization/testing, measurement, reporting and deliverability
  • Optimize our Website for conversion
    • Assist with SEO optimization
    • Create landing pages
    • Post blogs and dynamic content
  • Execute social media campaigns
    • Execute, test and measure across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
    • Promote employee engagement across social channels
    • Encourage dialog on social channels with prospects, customers, influencers
  • Field digital advertising programs to develop brand awareness and generate demand
    • In trade and national publications
    • Using AdWords, re-targeting, SEO, social media, display and content marketing platforms
  • Establish reporting and dashboards
    • Build CMO level dashboards
    • Analyze and measure the results of tactics, campaigns and programs
    • Report on KPIs and marketing ROI
    • Make recommendations for strategy, infrastructure and programmatic investments

Education And Experience
  • Bachelor' s Degree
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, B2B preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and data (writing samples will be requested)
  • Numbers-driven approach to marketing, focused on metrics and outcomes
  • Adept at gathering and interpreting data across social media channels, web, and email
  • Experience with PPC, remarketing, and online display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with advertising platforms for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Search engine optimization, search engine marketing
  • Marketing automation system management (such as Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot)
  • CRM experience (such as Salesforce)
  • Basic fluency with graphical Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic HTML and familiarity with Website content management systems (Django)
  • Experience with account based marketing a plus
