Looking for an opportunity to leverage your experience with the logistics industry with your strong business development skills?

As part of a leading global logistics service provider you’ ll use your sales acumen (along with your conversational knowledge of Mandarin Chinese) to build internal and external relationships and provide customers with solutions to create a competitive advantage. You’ ll be part of one of the largest electronics manufacturers that works with brands such as Apple, Google, and Amazon giving you the opportunity to build a strong network within that industry.
 
Your Day to Day
You’ ll be primarily responsible for developing new business with significant travel to meet face to face with potential customers. The ability to clearly communicate competitive advantages, potential savings, and market trends to these customers is essential.

A knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be very helpful in maintaining accurate records of customer information and sales activity.

You’ ll work cross functionally with the operations team to monitor inbound and outbound order processing lead times and keep stakeholders informed of account activities.
 
What Experience You’ ll Need for Success
Because of the nature of this role, basic Mandarin conversation skills are necessary. Fluency with both written and verbal is a huge plus.

You will need to have at least 8 years of total experience with 2 years of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry and at least 2 years of sales/account management experience.
 
Where You Will be Doing This
The company’ s offices are located in City of Industry, so you will need the ability to be onsite. There will be significant domestic travel to meet with potential clients as well.
