Our client, and excellent development company,  is currently seeking an experienced project architect to join its Architecture Team. 


Qualified individuals should have at least a four year degree in architectural education.  We need an  experience level of 5-8 years of experience, able to successfully manage the full range of project phases, with emphasis on Concept/Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document and Services During Construction phases. Specific skill sets to include, constructability, building codes, MEP coordination, estimating and specifications. Experience and Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with local authorities and agencies such as State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and USGBC, outside consultants, as well as our in-house Development, Construction Management, Leasing and Property Management groups. Competence with latest version of AutoCAD Architectural Desktop/Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up are important. Applicant must be detail oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.   Salary range is around $70K + benefits.

He was active with the Niagara Falls & Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, executive committee for the Porter Cup amateur golf tournament and was on the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.  He is currently an active member with the Williamsville Rotary Club.
