Job Description
A growing downtown law firm wants to add an Accounts Receivable candidate to its team.
Here's what you will be doing:
Work closely with attorneys for past due invoices via phone, email and written communication.
Collect credit card payments.
Send invoices and statements to clients.
Resolve disputes for discrepancies.
Provide accounts receivable data to auditors.
Submit monthly AR reports to attorneys.
Reconcile bank deposits and cleared checks daily.
Monitor all receivables communications on Excel spreadsheet, updating monthly to reflect new past due bill.
Support Accounts Payable as backup.
Skills Required:
Must have at least 3 years of experience with business-to-business receivables.
Associates degree preferred.
Excellent customer service and confidentiality with clients, staff, and vendors.
Strong skills in Excel and Word, and Outlook.
Commitment to quality.
Full time, Monday- Friday - 8: 30-4: 30

The base salary range for this role is $47, 500 to $53, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
