Our client, an expanding service and engineering firm, is in need of an Accounting Clerk for one of their departments.
Supporting the commercial service department and technicians that have projects currently under way, all accounting, clerical and data input. Work with internal departments to resolve accounting issues. Process invoices,
prepare monthly accounting and profitability reports, data entry and reporting using JONAS software. This position will also evaluate and look at possible software upgrades. Interact with customers in person as well as on the phone.
3-5 years related experience. Computer proficient, with excellent interpersonal qualities. The ability to multi-task well is a plus!
