Job Description

You will prepare complex individual and business income tax returns, identify tax issues and planning opportunities for clients, support partners and managers projects, and mentoring and training tax staff and interns.
What You ll Be Doing:
You ll need to manage multiple client assignments at once and ensure success of each project. Build and nurture strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels.
Establish work schedules through project management techniques and mentor and develop the technical and professional skills of tax staff and interns. You ll also manage the tax interns training and monitor work assignments.
You ll complete training to use tax research services and look into the recommended resolution to tax issues.
Progress in preparing complex/consolidated tax returns and continue to improve reviewing tax return skills.
What You ll Need for Success:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- You ll need a working knowledge of products and services in the practice area.
- Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills
The base salary range for this role is $70, 000 to $90, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
