Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid
Mid-sized growing firm looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to their team of 3 attorneys and 1 legal assistant.
Here's what you will be doing:
- Legal research
Gather relevant information, legal articles, and judicial decisions to help attorneys prepare for trial. This may include researching law sources like statutes, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. - Drafting court documents
Prepare documents for court use, such as pleadings, motions, depositions, briefs, and appeals. These documents can affect the outcome of a case. - Trial preparation
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and post-trial procedures. This may include organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices. Paralegals may also help with voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation. - Client interviews
Interview clients and witnesses involved in a case. Paralegals also communicate with clients throughout the legal process and manage client inquiries. - Deposition preparation
Paralegals play a vital role in preparing for depositions and the post-deposition process. Well-prepared depositions can lead to quicker resolutions, higher settlements, and easier trial planning. - At least 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
4 days in office, 1 day work from home.

This position's salary range is between $55, 000 - $60, 000 negotiable based on years of experience.
