Job Description
Bring your experience in Administration to the Real Estate team in a large law firm growing throughout WNY.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will type and proofread legal documents including forms, and correspondence with proper grammar and punctuation, consistency, and syntax.
- Make phone calls and correspond via email with various organizations to request information regarding real estate matters.
- You’ll assist with real estate closings, prepare closing sets, and prepare and update the closing checklist.
- Respond to internal and external calls promptly and with professionalism.
- Complete various assignments supporting the departments'work such as paying invoices, filing, etc.
- Utilize your Outlook and Word skills.
- Use your strong organizational skills, ability to handle priorities and handle a large volume of work efficiently with strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Need for Success:
- 5-8 years of experience in Legal within Banking/Real Estate
- Associates degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Background in a law firm with knowledge of opening/closing files, workflow, and real estate processes preferred.
The rate for this role is $ 54, 600 - 60, 600 per year. This range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
