Be a leader on a new brand within an existing well known consumer brand focusing on developing strategy across D2C and retail.
You’ ll need a track record of running successful ecommerce businesses and driving YOY growth, developing strategies across brands, categories, and product lines, and launching new products. Reporting to the CEO, you will need excellent communications skills along with the ability to be data driven and drive this new initiative for the company.
What You’ ll Be Doing:
You will develop strategic marketing plans for the new brand to support sales and revenue objectives, drive ecommerce revenue, acquisition, and achieve profitability goals. These strategic plans will need to translate across D2C, retail, and social channels.
Continually look for line expansion and future growth opportunities.
You’ ll develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies, monitor category performance, identify ways to grow, improve, and fill gaps for brand. Developing and managing marketing team and operating budget will also fall under you.
Strong communication is key to be able to pursued key stakeholders of ideas and strategies for business.
What You’ ll Need for Success:
- At least 7 years of experience developing a brand through alternative marketing channels including social and channel marketing. You should have an expert level knowledge of d2c ecommerce and how to drive sales and create an exemplary user experience.
- You’ ll need prior experience developing and implementing marketing strategic in new and competitive markets
- MBA or equivalent experience/training is required.
- Ability to commute to Van Nuys 3 days per week.
