Job Description
What you will be doing:
You' ll prepare company budgets, business forecasts and variance reports, including analysis and recommendations for the executive team. This role is both tactical and strategic.
You' ll manage a team in finance, assets and purchasing of 7-8 employees.
Collaborate with Acquisitions & Operations Teams to increase profitability by providing financial training, KPIs, order intake analysis, and reporting of project financials including analysis and recommendations to ensure successful, profitable results.
What you' ll need for success:
10+ years of proven leadership, people management, and success in all areas of finance, accounting, and business management.
Experience with P&L end-to-end responsibility for a business greater than $50 million in annual revenue.
Experience with multiple business segments and locations preferred.
Construction experience preferred.
Must have the highest degree of integrity, confidentiality, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the organization in the most professional and positive manner.
Proven ability to create a purposeful, team-oriented environment including the ability to drive and support profitable growth through sustainable initiatives.
