Associate Manager of Analytics – Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry

In this role, you will work within a 200+ person analytics team that touches on many facets of this large biopharma company. You will get exposure to many different teams across the organization, giving you the support and opportunity to advance your career in many different directions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Using SQL, R, Python, or SAS you will leverage large data sets from IQVIA, Symphony and other data sources to identify commercial opportunities, threats, strategies and tactics for payor and market access functions. You will do this through testing, refining, and researching analytical methods to help optimize forecasting methods and methodologies.
Additionally, you will need to have strong communication skills to present to stakeholders along with the ability to function in a large matrixed environment.
Where You Will Be Doing This
You’ll be working in a hybrid environment with 3 days located in the Lake County office. If you are taking the train, there is a constant shuttle between the office and the local train station. Compensation ranges to the low to mid $100Ks depending on experience, plus strong bonus, stock, and great benefits.
