Job Description
What You'll Do Cash Application
-
Accurately apply checks and direct deposit payments to client accounts

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

Notify AP of any overpayments

Run daily and weekly cash reports
-
Maintain organized payment records and check stubs

Make deposits in person or via scanner
-
Collect credit card payments when needed
-
Reach out to clients (email, phone, or mail) about past-due invoices (90+ days)

Work with attorneys to resolve disputes or overdue balances
-
Send invoices and statements as requested
-
Maintain a clear and updated collections tracker
-
Distribute monthly AR reports to attorneys
Full time, Monday- Friday - 8: 30-4: 30

The base salary range for this role is $47, 500 to $62, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
